God save the Queens
A right royal celebration of music composed for the ruling queens of England – Elizabeth I and II, Mary, Anne and Victoria. Includes music by Purcell (Clockwork Orange), Handel (Harry and Meghan’s wedding), Britten (Gloriana Dances) and some pomp and ceremonious playing from trumpeter Thomas Eves, organist James Tibbles and brass-playing companions.
Dressing up for the Queens will be encouraged but optional.
