EIT Certificate in Food Handling (Tairāwhiti)
The EIT Certificate in Food Handling helps attendees understand how to keep food safe and customers from getting food-borne illnesses. The course meets Gisborne Council requirements as a Food Worker in any hospitality business.
The course works through the Food Control Plan and all the forms you would be using on a shift to ensure food is safe and meeting compliance requirements.
This is a 2 day course, starting at 9am to 3pm on both days.
