4 course Crayfish Degustation Dinner created, cooked and served by Giulio Sturla.
Giulio will utilise all parts of the crayfish to create four stunning dishes. Each dish will showcase a different way to prepare this incredible delicacy. Giulio Sturla was Chef of the Year in 2018. His former restaurant, Roots, was the only three-hatted restaurant outside of Auckland. This will be an incredible night.
