2 different events throughout the day for 2 different age groups:
•Event 1: Kids, Ages 7-12: 1:30pm until 3:30pm.
•Event 2: Teens, Ages 13-17: 4:00pm until 6:00pm.

•IMPORTANT: This is a FREE event, however it is only for South Invercargill kids and teens, as it is funded by South Invercargill initiatives, specifically for South Invercargill kids. In order for this initiative to continue to receive funding, we are required to provide evidence that the children attending definitely live at a valid South Invercargill address.
During registration, you will be required to enter a valid, South Invercargill residential address. Any kids/teens participating in the FREE event must also bring with them;
Proof of the South Invercargill address used in the registration, such as bringing a letter that has been mail to your home. We do not need the whole letter, just the cut-out of the address (or a photo) of the mailing address, that matches the address you provided on the registration, to confirm the address is correct.
Please understand; if your child does not live at a valid South Invercargill residential address, they will not be permitted entry into the event. We apologise for any inconvenience.

• All parents/ caregivers must sign-in their children, between the ages of 7-12 years old, at the event on arrival. Parents/ Caregivers will be required to enter the venue and sign-out their child (7-12 years) before we can allow the child to leave the venue. We will not allow the child to leave with anyone else, other than the parent/caregiver name that was used on the sign-in sheet when dropping off the child, unless arrangements are made with the event manager: James Wards, who can be contacted on 027 333 9452.
•We no longer allow children between the ages of 7-12 years leave the venue to go the nearby dairy's or supermarkets to buy snacks during the event. Please ensure that your child brings a water bottle and snacks to the event, as we will not allow them to leave the venue until they are picked up the registered parent/guardian.
•Required for children aged 7-12 Years only: you will be required to enter the FIRST and LAST name, and MOBILE NUMBER of the legal parent/ guardian that will be dropping the child off. We will not allow the child to leave with anyone else other than the name registered here, unless arrangement is made with the event manager: James Wards, who can be contacted on 0273339452
•Emergency Contact Numbers are required for all who wish to attend our events. You will be required to input one on each ticket, please ensure these are correct.
• All parents/ caregivers must arrange with their children how they are to be picked up from an event. Children must be informed by parents/caregivers what the plan is, and if they are to wait at an event, of make their own way home.
•Many of our games have age restriction classifications, and we abide by these guidelines according to the law, restricting certain games to certain age groups. However, we still offer many mild-violence games that have only received a 'Recommended Classification', and as such is not restricted by law, such as Fortnite. You will be required to grant permission for your child to play these kinds of 'Recommended Classification' games on each ticket purchase in order to attend. We are unable to provide tailored experiences for individual kids if you do not approve of 'Recommended Classifications', as it has caused many complaints from children and their parents who were not able to participate in the same experience as everyone else in the room. If you have an issue with this, then we apologize for the inconvenience, and recommend you do not attend.
•Some parents allow their children to temporarily leave the venue to get snacks at a nearby dairy during our events. If you do not wish for your child to do so, please ensure they are provided with snacks. You must also inform and ensure your child is not to leave the venue under any circumstances if you do not wish for them to do so.
•By participating in our events, you understand and accept that your child may appear in photos and videos taken at the event to be used for promotion and marketing, that may appear online and social media.
•You will be required on each ticket to state any potential health concerns we should be aware of, such as allergies, history epilepsy etc.
YOU CAN SIGN UP MULTIPLE KIDS FOR THIS EVENT - However, you will need to repeat the checkout process for each child.
